Anderson and Brandon were fantastic throughout the mitigation and demolition process. They were professional, courteous, and took the time to walk me through each step so I always knew what to expect. Adam, the Mitigation Manager, was responsive, professional, and always available to answer my questions. He's been involved throughout the entire process and made sure everything ran smoothly.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. 6 months ago I gave 5 stars. After everything and 11 full months of fighting this company I revoke to 1. The project manager, Ptah, doesn’t communicate, doesn’t take responsibility or accountability for anything. He does nothing but make excuses. They put a dry wall ceiling up without removing crown molding, put laminate flooring down without removing baseboards. The project manager was arguing to not even paint a fresh dry wall ceiling. They didn’t show up the day they were supposed to after making arrangements for someone to be there when they arrived. Zero communication. Zero effort to communicate. They cut a wire that left half of my house without power, they tried to originally make excuses. Mr. Ripley came out and fixed that issue, which is appreciated. Of note the contractor used a toilet full of pee unflushed when they finished the job in a non working bathroom because I had been out of the room for so long waiting on repairs. No communication as to what bathroom to use. Just left the biohazardous pee. If your insurance tells you you need to use this company, fight it. You will go 11 months with nothing but excuses and shoddy jobs. 0/10 do not recommend for anything. The only good thing I can say about this company is the one manager, Mr. Ripley that actually put in effort to fix mistakes.
